Reserve a 6-foot vendor table at SuperCon NYC—NYC’s original card show, supporting collectors since 2013.

Meet collectors ready to buy, sell, and trade Pokémon, One Piece, Riftbound, sports cards, graded cards, sealed products, singles, supplies, and related collectibles.

The vendor area is located in the hotel’s lower-level World’s Hall and Prefunction event spaces. Follow SuperCon NYC signs and staff instructions upon arrival.

Street parking and multiple public parking lots are available throughout the surrounding area.

Crown One is offering parking for $10 for the day. Parking is separate from the vendor-table purchase and is subject to space availability and the parking operator’s terms. Allow sufficient time for parking, unloading, check-in, and setup.

Your table reservation

Each purchase reserves one 6-foot vendor table position. Select an available table location from the dropdown menu before adding the product to your cart.

Your selected table represents your requested assignment. Exact placement is not guaranteed. SuperCon NYC may move, exchange, or reassign any table before or during the event at its discretion because of safety or accessibility requirements, hotel instructions, entrance or exit clearance, customer traffic, operational needs, or changes to the final event layout. A table relocation does not qualify the purchase for a refund.

Check-in and setup requirements

All vendors must check in at 8:00 a.m. and complete setup before the official 10:00 a.m. show start.

• If you have not checked in and completed setup by the official show start time, your table will be considered forfeited.
• SuperCon NYC may reassign or sell a forfeited table to another vendor.
• No refund or credit will be issued for a forfeited table.

Allow enough travel, parking, unloading, and setup time to meet this deadline. Keep your order confirmation available during check-in.

Vendor-space requirements

All merchandise, chairs, shelves, signs, displays, boxes, inventory, and personal belongings must remain within your assigned vendor space. Vendors may not block customer aisles, entrances, exits, neighboring tables, or required circulation areas.

Electricity, Wi-Fi, parking, additional equipment, and other amenities are not included or guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing. Vendors are responsible for securing and supervising their merchandise, money, equipment, and personal property.

Refund policy

All vendor table purchases are final and nonrefundable.

No refund or credit will be issued because of late arrival, incomplete setup, failure to attend, table forfeiture, reassignment of table location, or personal scheduling, parking, or transportation problems.
